Packing in More Vegetables

If adding spinach to your pasta worked yesterday, did veggies cover half your plate? If not, try *swapping* out half your pasta for 2-3 handfuls of spinach.

Store your pasta and sauce in separate containers to make the switch easier. If you're not a big pasta eater, np. Try spinach place of other starches like rice.
