Fluffy Quinoa
Ingredients
1 cup of rinsed Quinoa
1 ½ cup of Water
½ - 1 tsp of Sea Salt
¼ of Lemon or tsp of Lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
Prep
Rinse quinoa thoroughly, and add water to a pot on high.
Once the water boils, add in quinoa and ½ tsp of salt.
Cut temperature down to a low simmer and cover.
Let cook for 10 minutes or until water is evaporated. If there is still water after 10 minutes, allow to cook for another couple minutes.
Once complete, cut off the heat and let sit covered for another 10 minutes.
Once finished, fluff quinoa with a fork, add in more salt to taste, lemon juice and olive oil. Add other seasonings that are desired.
Serve hot with sautéed vegetables. Add love and enjoy!
