Sweet Potato Wedges
Ingredients
2 large sized Sweet Potatoes
1-2 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
½-1 tsp of Cinnamon
½-1 tsp of Sea Salt
Prep
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Rinse sweet potatoes, and cut in desired wedge or fry slices.
In a bowl, add cut potatoes, coconut oil, cinnamon and sea salt and stir until potatoes are completely covered.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet, ensure potatoes are coated with enough oil to prevent sticking.
Bake on 350 for 18-22 minutes, fork potatoes at 15 minutes to check readiness.
Bake for longer if needed.
Serve hot, add love, and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
