This next month is all about making movement work for us!

  • Do you plan to be more physically active this month?

  • If yes, how successful do you think you will be?

    These seem like simple questions, but they’re actually pretty deep. Go ahead, think them through, and give honest answers.



    Talk these questions over with your friends and family and co-workers. Take the opportunity to challenge yourself and others on your assumptions about what it takes to get to the next level of activity.


    Like… if you’re not as active as you’d like to be right now, what changes are you making to ensure you actually reach your goal.



    Are they the same changes you were unsuccessful at making in the past? Should you think more creatively about how to make different changes that will give you a greater chance of success?


    I’m just saying. Being real with ourselves goes a long way toward reaching wellness goals.
