Here we are at the halfway point in our 1-minute MOVE Challenge. I’m so inspired by YOU! The way you’ve dedicated yourselves to feeding into our community while investing in your own wellbeing through movement is EVERYTHING.

Many of you are making amazing progress in building a daily movement habit. And, you’ve been blowing up our Daily Wellness Text Thread to show it!

How do you win the MOVE-challenge?

  • Spend at least 1 minute doing some sort of intense movement every day this month.

What movements qualify?

Any movement qualifies if it raises your heart rate and makes you breathe a bit more quickly.

Discussion Questions:

  • Have you moved for at least 1 minute everyday for the last 7 days?

  • How easy is it to stick to your daily 1-min movements?

We can use this 2-part question in two ways. If we’ve been consistent in our daily movement practice, let’s take this chance to pat ourselves on the back. If we haven’t been consistent, now’s the time to be honest with ourselves about whether an unrealistically hard goal is the reason for the inconsistency. Whether or not you’re on track to reach your goals this month, it’s all good. No matter where we’re starting out, the important thing is to keep moving forward.
