How are you settling into summer? Hard to believe we’re halfway finished with this season. For so many of us (especially folks in the Midwest), summer months are the only ones where we can safely walk outside without freezing our buns off. For a lot of us, summer lifts activity barriers like bad weather, icy terrain. And that’s a good thing, because we want as much health-promoting Vitamin M as possible.
