How? We’re making meatless meals! That’s right, we’re going to COOK whole food, plant-based meals that are filling, tasty AND nutritious. It goes without saying that we’ll unpack the science behind our ingredient choices, too.

Chipotle Vegan Bowl Recipe: Grocery List

This recipe is adapted from some of my favorite vegan food bloggers: Wendy and Jess from the Food Heaven Made Easy team.

How did we adapt the recipe?

The Byte Wellness version of the Vegan Chipotle Bowl:

  • triples the quantity of non-starchy veggies to fit the Balanced Plate model

  • swaps out brown rice for higher-protein quinoa

  • adds superfood spinach

  • adds more anti-inflammatory onions and garlic
