Making the Tomato and Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, halved or chopped

  • 1 Avocado, chopped

  • ½ pint grape tomatoes, halved or chopped (or substitute 1 medium sized cucumber chopped)

  • ½ small red onion, small dice

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil (olive)- optional

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Prep

Add chopped avocados, halved grape tomatoes and red onions to a bowl.

Add desired amount of salt and seasonings, mix gently.

Taste, adjust seasonings as needed.

Serve at room temp or chilled, add love and enjoy!  

Araba's Secret: when you are combining foods, add only the cucumbers and avocados together or avocados and tomatoes; season to your liking.
