Sweet Drink Challenge: Micro-tasting

If ur like me and you love a warm, sweet drink, challenge yourself to something I call micro-tasting. This is where mindfulness meets appetite. Next sweet drink:

1) pour half your usual portion 2) let it bathe the end of your tongue 3) for 3 secs close your eyes & focus on the flavors. Swallow and repeat... How was it?
