Overnight Antioxidants: Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
5-minute prep, 4 ingredients
Mix the following ingredients in a 1-quart bowl or large jar

1/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk alternative (i.e almond milk)
1 cup greek yogurt
